I totally agree with Robb. Those are three key ingredients that I have seen in every revitaliztion program of a downtown that has worked. It doesn't happen overnight though. The live music that several of the 'arts block district' places have added, enhances the mix. Iris will add an alternative to all of the Italian restaurants in the district and that is a good thing too. Looking better and better. [KEEP KRESGRE GREEN!]
